NeatDash ("we", "our", or "the app") is a career development tool that helps you capture, reflect on, and leverage your professional journey. • Account information: your name and email address, provided when you register or sign in with Google.
• Career content you create: career goals, career memories (titles, descriptions, dates, categories), weekly reflections, and related notes you choose to log.
• Generated content: AI-generated summaries, CV bullet points, LinkedIn drafts, and coaching insights created from your content.
• Technical data: basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the core features of the app: capturing memories, tracking goals, and generating insights.
• To generate AI-powered content (summaries, CV bullets, coaching) from the content you log. Your content is processed by AI services solely to produce these outputs for you.
• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure.
• To maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the service.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your career content for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform infrastructure. Access to your career content is restricted to your account: other users of the app cannot view your goals, memories, or reflections. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

5. Data Sharing

We only share data with service providers that are necessary to operate the app (hosting and AI processing). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and edit: you can view and edit all content you have created directly in the app.
• Delete your account: you can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. This action is irreversible.
• Data portability: you can copy your generated content (CV bullets, drafts, reviews) out of the app at any time.

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under data protection law (UK GDPR / GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data.

7. Children's Privacy

NeatDash is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
