By accessing or using NeatDash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NeatDash is a career development tool that lets you capture career memories, set goals, reflect weekly, and generate AI-assisted career artifacts such as CV bullet points, LinkedIn drafts, and performance review narratives.

3. Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in NeatDash, including your career memories, goals, and reflections. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store and process your content solely to provide the app's features, including AI-generated outputs.

5. AI-Generated Content

The app uses AI to generate summaries, suggestions, and career artifacts based on your content. AI outputs are provided for informational purposes and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it professionally (e.g. in a CV or public post).

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the operation of the service.
  • Do not upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that career outcomes (promotions, job offers, salary increases) will result from using the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
